Ning Zhang publishes article in The Chinese Historical Review

 Dr Ning Zhang, research associate at the Faculty of Asian and Middle Eastern Studies and the China Centre, recently published an article in The Chinese Historical Review (Volume 31, Issue 2, 2 December 2024) titled 'Fighting for International Communism? Two Beijing Red Guards in Burma'. This article explores the experiences of two Beijing Red Guards during the Cultural Revolution and the motives that drove them to Burma.
